“Superieur” indicates a careful selection of the best bunches, air drying, a slow soak & a final fermentation in small casks.

This wine is 75% low yield, old vine Barbera lightened and aromaticized with the addition of 15% Freisa and 10% Grignolino and matured for two years in large, neutral oak then in bottle for three months.
