Made in the classic Charmat method. This is the base for the Italian cocktail “Bellini.”

90% Pinot Nero and 10% Chardonnay from the Oltrepò Pavese area of Lombardia.

Cascina Fonda “Bel Piasi” Asti Spumante    2008 Piemonte, Italia

Made from aromatic Moscato grapes. Beautiful with Summer picnics and desserts.

A perfect seafood wine from the northwest corner of España. Temperature controlled fermentation – no oak.

Local Viura given the aromatic benefit of a small, but powerful, dose of Moscatel.

Tempranillo kept cool during fermentation…then aged without the influence of any oak.

Vidal del Saz Tempranillo 2006 La Mancha, España

100% Tempranillo. Left to macerate on the skins for 18 days. Then ages for 60 days in oak.

Bodegas San Martin “Isolda” 2007 Navarra, España

70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 5% Cabernet & 5% Merlot. All fermented in steel to capture the zest & fruit.

Unmistakably Sicilian. This grape provides the foundation for the island’s only DOCG Ceresuolo di Vittoria.

Very traditional vine of the Salento area (the zone on the “high heel” of Italy’s boot.)
