The grapes were picked from several different blocks to help create an elegant multi-layered wine with great complexity.

The wine is barrel fermented in American oak and a portion was put through malo-lactic fermentation to help create a creamy buttery richness and soft vanilla flavors.

This wine was aged with French and American oak. On the nose one gets black pepper, bramble and dark berries, yielding a classic zin profile modulated by the syrah and petite syrah.
