The fruit was slowly fermented for three weeks on the skins to develop some seriously rich and texture layers.

 

Ciú Ciú “Esperanto” Offida Rosso

A nod toward the international drinker, “Esperanto” is a blend of 70% Montepulciano and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
