Amber Ale
American Amber ……5.75% ABV
Seven malt varieties, and three unique selections of hops used in order to achieve the deep complex flavors. This taste starts of with a slightly sweet and then progresses to a clean, dry finish.

Organic IPA
American IPA ……7.1% ABV
More of an IPA with citrus notes that lead to a smooth bitterness. Tastes of ruby red grapefruit and caramel malt. Crispy & snappy, but not overwhelming. A fine display of an organic IPA.

Lost Dog Amber Ale
American Amber ……7.2% ABV
Big and rich malty profile. A hint of dried apricots and spicy floral hops. Very crisp and clean finish. Full bodied but definitely balanced.

Bonfire Imperial Porter
American Porter ……8.0% ABV
A malty hit of black licorice and molasses. Thick and round mouthfeel with a moderate bitter aftertaste. Plenty of hops as the beer dries with subtle hints of roasted grapes.
