Witbier ……5.0% ABV
Refreshing mildly hopped Belgian styled beer with a complex flavor of coriander, orange peel, nutmeg. White Ale has won gold medals at several beer competition in U.K. and U.S. This is one of HITACHINO’s top-selling beers both in Japan and U.S.

Hitachino Red Rice Ale
Belgian Strong Pale Ale ……7.0% ABV
Complex sake like flavors with malt sweet notes. Hints of strawberries in the nose and palate. An intriguing mix of sake, malt , and bitter notes in the finish.

Hitachino Japanese Classic Ale
English IPA ……5.5% ABV
Bottle-conditioned fine creamy head on top. Medium bodied feel with sweet bitter taste. It has a unique note of cedar and complex spicy yet mild aroma of British traditional hops such as Kent Goldings and Challenger.

Hitachino XH (matured in sake casks)
American Strong Ale ……7.0% ABV
Strong Belgian Brown Ale matured in distilled Sake barrels. The final maturation takes place in Shochu casks {distilled sake} for 3 months.
