1) Samuel Adams Tasman Red

Boston Beer Co. Boston, MA…American Amber/Red Ale…6.75% ABV

This wily red IPA gets its character from the Tasmanian hops that are full of grapefruit, pine, and earthy notes creating a bold flavor that threads throughout the taste.  The hops are balanced by a core of roasty malts that give this brew body and richness with hints of toffee.  This flavorful brew is rounded and smooth with a dry citrusy hop finish.

2) Samuel Adams Third Voyage

Boston Beer Co. Boston, MA…American Double/Imperial IPA…8.0% ABV

Inspired by the indomitable Capt. James Cook whose 3rd voyage made him the first to navigate a treacherous route from England to New Zealand to the Pacific Northwest . Using Cascade hops from each of these regions we created a brew that’s citrusy, earthy, and full of bold character.

3) Samuel Adams The Vixen Chocolate Chili Bock

Boston Beer Co. Boston, MA…Bock…8.5% ABV

The Vixen is smooth and rich with an enticing touch of sweetness and ends with a spicy heat.  For this unique brew we used carefully roasted malts and dark cocoa nibs for a full bodied and slightly sweet flavor.  To this roast and chocolaty base we added an element  or warmth and spice with cinnamon and chilies.  Dark and alluring, the brew will keep you captivated.

4) Deschutes The Stoic

Deschutes Brewery, Bend, OR…Quadrupel…11.0% ABV

A healthy portion of pomegranate molasses casts an opulent, tangy twist, while a vintage Belgian yeast strain provides a solid reference point. Pinot Noir and Rye Whiskey barrel-aging suggest notes of spice, citrus, pepper, vanilla, and toasted caramel like offerings to the ancients.

5) Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout

Petaluma, CA…American Double/Imperial Stout…8.8% ABV

Big, dark and scary Imperial-esque stout brewed with plenty of dark malts and roast barley and loads of Sebastapol’s Hardcore Coffee for even bigger roasty flavors and that extra Krunk.
