BLANCHE DE CHAMBLY
White Ale 5.0% ABV
Blanche de Chambly is only partially filtered, retaining its natural cloud of yeast that is
characteristic of the original white ales brewed during the Middle Ages.

MAUDITE
Strong Amber-Red Ale 8.0% ABV
Maudite (Damned) was the first strong beer to be retailed in Québec. Its deliciously complex flavors improves with age.

TROIS PISTOLES
Strong Dark Ale 9.0% ABV
Founded over 300 years ago, Trois Pistoles gave birth to several legends, including one about a sailor who dropped his tumbler overboard and exclaimed, “Trois Pistoles!”

DON DE DIEU
Triple Wheat Ale 9.0% ABV
The Don de Dieu is brewed to honor the founder of Québec and Nouvelle-France, which later became the adopted home for legions of immigrants who today are collectively known as French-Canadian and Québecois.

LA TERRIBLE
Abbey Style Dark Brown Ale 10.5% ABV
La Terrible is a dark brown beer on lees and is part of a collection of exotic and refined Unibroue beers brewed using 100% natural raw materials.
