Blanche de Chambly is only partially filtered, retaining its natural cloud of yeast that is
characteristic of the original white ales brewed during the Middle Ages.

Maudite (Damned) was the first strong beer to be retailed in Québec. Its deliciously complex flavors improves with age.

Founded over 300 years ago, Trois Pistoles gave birth to several legends, including one about a sailor who dropped his tumbler overboard and exclaimed, “Trois Pistoles!”

DON DE DIEU
Triple Wheat Ale 9.0% ABV
The Don de Dieu is brewed to honor the founder of Québec and Nouvelle-France, which later became the adopted home for legions of immigrants who today are collectively known as French-Canadian and Québecois.

LA TERRIBLE

La Terrible is a dark brown beer on lees and is part of a collection of exotic and refined Unibroue beers brewed using 100% natural raw materials.

Albariño – sorta like Italian fave Tocai Friuliano – a naturally “rich” grape and all without oak.


Riofava Roero Arneis 2007              Piemonte, Italia

Arneis, aka “Barolo Bianco.”  Translates to “little rascal.”  Roero is the newest DOCG in Piemonte.


Ronco del Gelso “Latimis” 2007                     Friuli, Italia

This is a magical mystical melange of Tocai, Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano whose proportions change depending on the vintage. The wine sees no wood but does go through full malolactic fermentation which gives it a rich texture

Unpressed grape skins from Amarone are added to Valpolicella for extra body, character and richness.


Poggi “Famaloso” Rosso Veronese 2003                  Veneto, Italia

In the Amarone style with grapes from the oldest plot, Il Famaloso in the Bardolino zona (classified in 1700 as one of the best sites for vines in the region). Given two months of air drying then fermented on the skins for one month.
